CCT is recruiting an energetic, confident, and experienced individual to join our growing team. We are searching for someone who has a passion for excellence and a proven ability to inspire that passion in others.


As a Machine Operator, you will be assigned to work on lines and may work in one or more workstations. You will be required to be proficient in multiple assets in a given location. You will be responsible for machine setups and changeovers, problem-solving, performing PMs, and making decisions on machine adjustments.


Responsibilities

  • Load raw material into machine and unload finished product
  • Determine and control the machine cycle varying and modifying it as necessary
  • Perform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices and making some judgments against not readily measurable standards
  • Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity
  • Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications
  • Operating a Forklift and machinery throughout the shift
  • Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance
  • Follow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures, policies, and practices and consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems
  • Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals
  • Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility
  • Demonstrate respect for the Company's values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, trade school, or combination of training and experience
  • 3+ years of relevant manufacturing machine operator experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work overtime, including short-notice requests
  • Motivated, takes initiative, and possesses a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask within a structured environment
  • Extraordinary organization skills, strong time management skills, and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to follow electrical schematics and drawings
  • Possess the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic, multitasking environment
  • Capacity to work with limited supervision, independently, and as a team member
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
