    Powder Coat Sprayer

    Location: Cartersville, GA

    Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing operation in Cartersville, GA. This role is responsible for applying powder coating finishes to steel and metal components while ensuring consistent quality, proper coverage, and adherence to safety and production standards. Candidates must have at least one year of hands-on powder coating experience.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Apply powder coating to steel and metal parts using electrostatic spray equipment
    • Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging materials
    • Adjust spray guns, voltage, and airflow to ensure proper coating thickness and finish
    • Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and defects
    • Maintain a clean and organized powder coat booth and work area
    • Follow safety procedures related to powders, equipment, and materials
    • Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet daily output goals


    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of active powder coating experience (required)
    • Experience coating steel or fabricated metal parts preferred
