Job Description
As a Paint and Powder Coater, you will support daily manufacturing operations by coating and finishing custom electrical enclosures. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, ensuring proper equipment operation, and supporting efficient production workflow within the department.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain paint and powder coating equipment
  • Apply coatings and paints to metallic enclosures according to specifications
  • Mix paints, powders, and coating substances following formulas and production requirements
  • Fill hoppers, reservoirs, troughs, and pans with coating materials
  • Feed products through coating and finishing machines
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor gauges, dials, and equipment operation to maintain production efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues as needed
  • Support production workflow and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience preferred
  • Ability to monitor equipment, gauges, and production indicators accurately
  • Experience conducting inspections and quality checks on finished products
  • Knowledge of routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
