As a Machine Operator, you will not just be watching a line-you will actively own and manage the performance of our complex, state-of-the-art production equipment. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting processes, ensuring precise quality metrics, and driving operational efficiency.


What You'll Do:

  • Safely set up, run, and perform changeovers on complex, automated production machinery.

  • Continuously monitor equipment gauges, process data, and product quality; interpret technical specifications and make critical adjustments as needed.

  • Utilize computer interfaces for data entry, production tracking, and system reporting.

  • Direct, support, and collaborate with production associates on your line to maintain steady workflow and safety standards.

  • Adhere to strict corporate safety protocols, actively participating in maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.


What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing, converting, or continuous-process environment highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand mechanical systems, use basic hand tools, and solve technical problems on the floor.

  • Proficient in navigating computer interfaces, digital controls, or manufacturing software systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions, formulas, and quality blueprints/specifications.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate a manufacturing floor, and stand for extended periods.

  • A strong track record of dependable attendance and a deep commitment to workplace safety and product quality.

Shift Details:
  • 12-Hour Rotating Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

  • Includes a rotating schedule (e.g., working every other weekend or designated rotating days off), offering predictable, built-in days off.
