What You'll Do

As a Cutter Machine Operator, you'll operate precision cutting equipment to transform printed materials into finished products while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency and accuracy throughout the production process.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Set up, operate and monitor guillotine cutting machines according to production specifications.
  • Read and interpret job tickets, production orders and packaging instructions.
  • Perform quality inspections to verify dimensions, alignment, print quality and finished product accuracy.
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
  • Accurately enter production data and maintain manufacturing records.
  • Work closely with press operators, production staff and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, material handling and other finishing operations as needed.
  • Support continuous production by minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Other duties as required.

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience operating cutting equipment or similar manufacturing machinery preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret production instructions, job tickets and specifications.
  • Strong math, measurement and computer skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with production team members.
  • Dependable, safety-focused and motivated to meet production goals.
  • Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
