  • Properly palletize and stretch-wrap products for shipment.
  • Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately and on time.
  • Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, loading docks, and equipment.
  • Safely change forklift propane tanks and/or batteries when necessary.
  • Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read and use a tape measure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when needed.
Preferred
  • Previous forklift experience in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Forklift certification within the last 12 months (training available for qualified candidates).
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify or troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Experience using RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management software.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to operate a forklift in both forward and reverse directions safely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Why Join Us?
  • Union position with competitive pay and benefits.
  • Stable full-time employment.
  • On-the-job training and development opportunities.
