Job description

K2 Construction in Lincoln, NE is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time General Laborer. Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 7am to 5pm with some overtime and weekends. Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

$22.34 per hour

Employees in this position perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. This may include operating hand and power tools of all types, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up waste materials, and assisting other craft workers.

Job Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Mechanical and/or welding skills a plus
• Ability to operate equipment a plus
• Dependable and hard working
• Physically able to climb, lift and bend repeatedly during an 8 to 10 hour shift
• A positive and professional attitude
• Ability to comply with all safety rules
