About GuideMe is currently looking to add a passionate, hard-working PHP developer to our small startup team that is rethinking and improving the experience of local discovery. We are working with the latest social, mobile, and location-based technologies and taking on difficult technical challenges to build a consumer application and platform that we are aiming to be used by millions of people. We expect our team to work very hard, work well together, and be self-starters who take on great responsibility without bureaucracy and without much oversight.

Passion for web and mobile applications is a must, and you need to be willing to work hard, fast, and effectively to help build something great that helps a large number of people. Where We prefer that employees be based in Portland or Eugene, and allow people to work from home and potentially from an office. Compensation GuideMe is an angel investor-backed company started by former Yahoo.
