AlphaGraphics Kansas City provides printing, design, and shipping solutions to businesses and organizations across the metro. We're a small, fast-paced team looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who takes ownership of customer relationships and treats client satisfaction as the top priority.
This role is the primary point of contact for our customers - by phone, email, and in person. You'll guide clients through their projects, answer questions about our products and services, handle quotes and payments, and keep work moving through the shop.
What you'll do:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Answer questions about our products, services, and capabilities
  • Take orders and support customers with their accounts by phone, email, and in person
  • Calculate charges, collect deposits and payments, and set up billing
  • Identify additional products or services that fit a customer's needs
  • Help the team with project coordination, job fulfillment, and daily operations
What we're looking for:
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a role assessing client needs and following projects through to delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Comfort working independently while taking direction and asking questions when needed
  • Critical thinking - weighing options and adjusting when a process needs to change
  • Reliability and a steady schedule so client deadlines are met
  • A real interest in helping people and learning the trade
What we offer:
  • Hands-on experience in printing, signs, and marketing
  • Coaching and feedback from a team that wants you to succeed
  • A friendly, collaborative work environment
  • Health insurance and HSA
  • Paid time off
  • Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift - no nights or weekends

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
