Description
As a Phlebotomist on our team, you will be responsible for specimen collection procedures for all age groups. The phlebotomist will be able to answer questions from clinical staff as to how to collect and store specimens. Prepare specimens to be sent to reference labs. Assist techs in the lab with functions, waived testing, etc. within scope of the phlebotomist. Be able to answer phone in a courteous and professional manner. Must have the ability to communicate and interact with patients in a manner that makes them feel comfortable with the phlebotomists ability to perform procedure. Must also have a willingness to learn.
You will feel great about the exceptional care that you provide for our patients while enjoying the camaraderie of being part of a ROCK star team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PHLEBOTOMIST
  • Current Phlebotomist Certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Previous Phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting is preferred
