Position Summary

Now Hiring: Clinical Pharmacist
Orlando Health 

Shift - 1430 - 2300, with an every 4th weekend commitment

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will: Provide pharmaceutical care and medication management for patients
Review, verify, and dispense medications and IV therapies
Conduct pharmacotherapy and pharmacokinetic consultations
Monitor medication safety, adverse drug reactions, and medication errors
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in clinical initiatives, patient care rounds, and quality improvement efforts
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required
Active Florida Pharmacist License required
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
