What We Do:
We design, develop, and support custom software solutions that solve real business problems across DRW. Using Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL, we rapidly build secure, scalable applications tailored to the specific needs of internal teams.
We support several large systems, some of them with hundreds of users. But we also partner with support teams that have immediate needs and short time frames.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with end-users to define specifications and develop software solutions
  • Work in a complex and non-routine environment requiring advanced technical/business skills
  • Maintain and support existing Oracle systems and various integrations to other third-party systems
  • Participate in the improvement of development processes
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize APEX applications for performance.
  • Participate in the improvement of development processes and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Write clear technical documentation for developed applications, processes, and APIs.

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of application development experience
  • 3+ years Oracle PL/SQL
  • 3+ years Oracle APEX experience
  • Experience with data modeling
  • Experience with GIT version control
  • Scripting language experience (shell scripting, python, node, etc..)

Desirable Experience:
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Web development, REST web services
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with tools like SQL Developer, VS-Code, etc.

The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $210,000 depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
