Automotive Sales Associate

We are seeking driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates with a strong work ethic, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Participate in factory-backed training on product lines and in-house sales processes.
  • Adhere to the established Sales Process steps from Greeting to Delivery and beyond.
  • Provide customers with honest and transparent answers to their questions and inquiries.
  • Handle quotes, return emails/voicemails, perform other administrative tasks, and process transaction paperwork efficiently.
  • Strive to maintain high District Customer Satisfaction Scores by generating and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Conduct follow-ups with both existing and potential customers to develop leads and secure sales.
  • Other tasks as needed by management

Requirements:

  • Preferred prior experience as a sales representative in automotive, inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing sales
  • Must possess an outgoing personality and excel in building and maintaining trustful relationships
  • Basic math skills, computer software proficiency, and internet proficiency are highly valued
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills, are a must
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required
  • Strict adherence to the company's dress code policy is expected
  • Employees must comply with the Tobacco-Free Campus Policy
  • Flexibility in schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential
