Position Title: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide both administrative and personal support to a business owner who is visually impaired. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, helping manage daily operations, appointments, communications, travel arrangements, and personal tasks while ensuring accessibility and efficiency in all aspects of work and life.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
  • Screen, organize, and respond to emails and correspondence.
  • Coordinate phone calls, conference calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain records, files, and business documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
  • Handle business-related research and special projects.
Accessibility Support
  • Read and summarize printed materials, documents, and correspondence.
  • Assist with reviewing contracts, forms, and business paperwork.
  • Help ensure digital documents and communications are accessible and organized.
