POSITION SUMMARY:The function of the Service Technician position is to perform all repair, maintenance, and installation activities on company owned and operated vending and food service equipment for Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Luverne customers while exhibiting a high level of ethical and moral conduct.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL TASKS:- Exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Luverne.
- Honor and follow through on all personal and business commitments.
- Maintain neat, professional appearance (appropriately dressed and well groomed) at all times while representing Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Luverne.
- Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the safety of self, customers, customer property, and company property.
- Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the Company from possible damages, theft, or other liabilities.
- Responsible for continuous self improvement through the knowledge and use of all Company provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other method.
- Consistently review all existing procedures for possible improvement.
- Required to work weekends and non-traditional hours as needed.
- Attend all scheduled meetings requiring your presence and / or participation
- Required to make repairs, activate, and deactivate vending and fountain machines.
- Load/unload products during installation and repair of equipment if required.
- Document job order completion, supplies used and/or needed for completion.
- Required to receive, implement, and complete service calls from Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Luverne customers.
- Must maintain EPA standards and requirements when dealing with refrigeration and other topics governed by that agency.
- May be required to perform additional tasks or assigned additional duties not listed in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Must meet all pre-employment qualifications
- Valid State Driver's License in the class required for the position.
- Clear MVR
- High School Diploma (GED Acceptable)
- Current EPA 608 Type I - Certification or complete certification within 90 day probationary period.
