Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
- Level 4 NICU experience strongly preferred
- Current RN license in good standing
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in call rotation
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
- Experience in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care environment
- Experience with EMR systems such as Meditech and CPN preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 4 NICU setting
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, charge nurses, and support staff
- Assist with neonatal equipment including ventilators, isolette systems, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
- Support a team-oriented culture while delivering compassionate, family-centered care
- Adapt to changing patient needs and contribute to safe, efficient unit operations
