Job summary: The painter is responsible for all painting work in our 3 residences for the elderly. Our residences are located in Montreal in the neighborhoods: LaSalle, NDG and Côte-des-Neiges. Responsibilities: Performs all painting work. Prepare all surfaces to be painted using plaster or other materials. Prepares, paints and stains furniture or other furniture and applies the required finish. Ensures the maintenance of a safe environment for the user / resident, staff and visitors. Perform any other related function at the request of his immediate superior. Requirements: Recent experience as a house painter. Speak either French or English. Valid driver's license for travel between buildings. Cell phone. Availability to work one weekend every two weeks.
