Order Packer/Guest Services | Temp to Hire | Flexible Availability Required $14–$15/hour to start | Wayne, PA

A local bakery is seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members for an Order Packer/Guest Services position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fun, friendly bakery environment.

A day in the life of an Order Packer/Guest Services team member:

  • Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming experience.
  • Assist customers with selecting and ordering cakes and bakery products.
  • Prepare and carefully package customer orders, including cakes and other bakery items.
  • Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Restock retail merchandise and maintain attractive, organized displays.
  • Prepare samples and promotional materials as needed.
  • Keep the storefront, counter, and displays clean and presentable.
  • Work closely with bakery staff to ensure orders are prepared and ready for customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Must have flexible availability for daytime and weekend shifts.
