Equipment Packer

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Equipment Packer to join our growing New York team!

With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies as per airline specifications.
  • Ensure accurate packing of the exact amount of equipment and beverages required for all airlines and distribute to each station.
  • Document all stock received and replenishments correctly.
  • Conduct inventory checks in assigned areas when necessary.
  • Inspect chinaware, silverware, plastic ware, and equipment daily before flight service.
  • Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for equipment and beverage packing following company guidelines.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system handbook.
  • Report any issues with the food safety management system to managers and the hygiene and food safety team.
  • Follow all company guidelines regarding goods handling.
Qualifications:
  • Initiative-driven and adept at self-organization.
  • Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to accomplish assigned tasks promptly, meeting stringent deadlines.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of logistics or warehousing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
