Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Post-Acute Care

Location: Gallup, New Mexico

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 Position)

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

About the Position

Are you ready to make a difference in a setting where your work truly matters? We're looking for an energetic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our post-acute care team in Gallup, NM. This full-time role offers flexible Monday-to-Friday hours, so you can finally achieve that elusive work-life balance (yes, it exists!).

In this role, you'll provide care for patients transitioning from acute hospital stays to post-acute settings, ensuring their recovery journey is as smooth as possible. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, flex your clinical muscles, and still have time to explore all the incredible things Gallup has to offer. Oh, and there is some call involved—but nothing you can't handle!

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care in a post-acute care setting.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients' health conditions.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery strategies.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain one).
