Parts Picker – Shipping & Receiving
Location: Richfield, WI (Greater Milwaukee area)
Pay: $24/hour
Shift: 1st shift – Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm (Training: Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30pm)
Schedule: Temp-to-hire, overtime as needed on Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick parts for job orders; maintain inventory using ERP system (Epicor or similar)
  • Manage and issue missing parts for jobs
  • Prepare and package items for shipment; build crates, prepare paperwork, and load trucks
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Maintain organized inventory and a clean, safe work environment
  • Dispose of packaging materials and support shop needs as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing setting (not distribution)
  • Forklift experience (sit-down) required
  • Inventory and parts picking experience
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
