Openings on 2nd shift!
2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:15pm-11:15pm
Job Duties:
1st Priority - Daily Execution
โ€ข Maintain Supermarkets (5s and Inventory Accuracy)
โ€ข Move parts (Mold, Wire, Electronics) from supply area to supermarket
โ€ข Pull, Stage, and Deliver parts to line
โ€ข Move Finished goods from Line to Shipping
โ€ข Execute visual signals and perform appropriate transactions
โ€ข Follow Standard work
2nd Priority - Process Support
โ€ข Perform Location audits
โ€ข Validate system counts, retrieve materials for NPD, ECN and Excess and obsolete
โ€ข Expedite parts through system to address part shortages and customer opportunities
โ€ข Communicate system errors up to the Group Leadership
3rd Priority - Continuous Improvement
โ€ข Follow 5S standards everywhere -Identify areas of improvement and participate in Kaizen events
Experience:
โ€ข Good computer skills
โ€ข Good verbal and written communication skills
โ€ข Certified or ability to become certified on mechanical equipment (Forklift, Picker, Pallet Jack, etc.) *Please note, our material handlers use forklifts infrequently - most handling is done with pallet jacks or carts.
