As a Team Member, you'll help ensure the store runs smoothly and every guest leaves happier than when they walked in. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Greet Guests warmly, engage with them, offer guidance or suggestions (e.g. smoothie flavors or nutrition options)
- Blend smoothies & prepare other fan favorites following recipe standards to ensure quality and consistency
- Operate POS/register, ring up sales, handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Prep ingredients: fruits, veggies, powders, liquids, frozen components - ensuring freshness and proper rotation
- Restock supplies, portion sizes, maintain adequate inventory of frequently used items
- Maintain cleanliness: wash dishes, sanitize equipment and surfaces, mop floors, clean restrooms and/or dining areas
- Perform opening and/or closing duties: setting up stations, shutting down equipment, counting cash, securing store
- Follow the store's daily checklist / cleaning schedule / food safety & sanitation policies
- Assist teammates during busy times, help where needed (teamwork)
- Be punctual, dressed in uniform, ready for work with a great attitude
What you must have:
- At least 16 years old (adjust if local laws or store rules): must be able to work legally in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to get to work (as shifts may vary)
- Willingness to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (stock, ingredients), and work in a fast-paced environment
What's a plus (but not required):
- Previous experience in food service, cafes, smoothie bars, or quick service restaurants
- Prior cash handling or POS/register experience
- Basic math skills, ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines precisely
- Soft skills: patience under pressure, positive attitude, good communication, ability to multi-task
