About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Production Team Lead to join our team in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of optical operations and people management experience.
Opened in 2020, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility enables us to provide 2-3 day rush delivery. The Manufacturing Team is recognized for their reliability, precision, and commitment to quality. We prioritize dedication and efficiency to ensure our products reach customers promptly and at an affordable price.

Shift Hours: Friday - Sunday 6:30 am - 6:30 pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekdays)
Compensation: $25 - $30/hour + $1.50 Shift Differential (based on applicable experience)
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive line flow
  • Assist in training employees and perform audits
  • Resolve errors and associate relations on the floor
  • Maintain good housekeeping
  • Ensure daily / monthly KPIs are met
  • Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to work overtime and weekday hours as needed
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of workplace safety best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and time management
  • Strong statistical skills, problem solving and data analysis
  • Technical ability and competent in software tools including (Microsoft Office Suite and various optical management softwares)
  • Experience in evaluating equipment, product and process development, and solving production problems
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Previous optical manufacturing (is a bonus!)
