Job Summary:


The Test Operator is responsible for performing functional testing at the component level using established test procedures. This role requires the ability to identify real versus false failures, troubleshoot test equipment, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment. The hours are Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 5:30pm - 6am plus 4 hours during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and non-routine testing on components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Set up and operate test equipment such as DC power supplies and bench testers.
  • Interpret and analyze pass/fail data accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end manufacturing teams to meet production and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires one year of experience or less.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling micro devices.
  • Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous electronics experience in a manufacturing setting.
