SUMMARY
As an Oktoberfest dishwasher, under the direction of theOktoberfestKitchen Manager, you work in a fast-paced environment andareresponsible forall dishwashing and general cleaning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet all dishwashing needs to ensure the kitchen and dining run smoothly during peak business levels.
Keepdisharea neat and clean throughout service.
Maintainlineof communication between the Kitchen Manager and the Kitchen.
Maintain good safety and sanitation practices.
Be ready toassistothers if needed for food preparation.
Take fast andappropriate actionto solve problems.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
0-6 months of job-specific work experience withdemonstratedcompetence.
Must be 18+
Food Handler Permit.
Demonstrate competency in operating dish machines and using chemicals.
Ability to exercise good judgement when problem solving in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
The ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner andmaintaingood working relationships with others across all Snowbird departments.
WORK SCHEDULE
Specific Shift: 8:00am-7:00pm,Saturdaysand Sundays. Exact times varydailybut shift will fall within these hours.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Stress associated with high volume sales, heavy crowds, and high noise levels due to live entertainment.
Mustbe able to lift 30 lbs.
Must be able to carry trays and other items needed for service.
