Sugar Hill is looking for a Weekend Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Sugar Hill is the premier choice for elegant, assisted living and senior living in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts!

Job Duties for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines

  • Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines

  • Assist with necessary testing of visitors

  • Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms

  • Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
