About the Role:

The Weekend Supervisor - RN at Friendship Haven plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care during weekend shifts. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations every other weekend. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between nursing personnel, patients, and administrative teams to promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment. They are tasked with addressing patient care issues promptly, coordinating resources, and supporting staff development to uphold the facilityโ€™s standards. Ultimately, this role ensures continuity of care and operational excellence during weekend hours, contributing to positive patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
