Weekday (Monday 7 AM – Friday 11 PM):

• 3 PM – 11 PM: +$1.50

Weekend (Friday 11 PM – Monday 7 AM):
• 7 AM – 3 PM: +$1.00

And there is a place for you at Legacy Pointe.RN House Supervisor – Position SummaryThe RN House Supervisor oversees nursing staff and daily clinical operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Reporting to Nurse Leadership, this role coordinates admissions, discharges, and care plans; conducts daily rounds; and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements. The RN House Supervisor provides leadership support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, promotes teamwork and professionalism, and serves as a clinical resource for staff, residents, and families. This position is responsible for addressing staffing needs, responding to clinical or operational issues during assigned shifts, and assisting with staff supervision and performance oversight. In the absence of senior nursing leadership, the RN House Supervisor may handle urgent disciplinary matters and ensure continuity of care. The role requires an active Florida RN license, prior nursing leadership experience, strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working varied shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.Qualifications and RequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (required)Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university (required)Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredMinimum of two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Acute Care settingAt least two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare environmentStrong knowledge of infection control standards, CMS guidelines, and survey readinessExperience with staff education, training, and competency assessmentsCertification in Infection Prevention & Control (CIC) preferred or willingness to obtainStrong clinical judgment and problem-solving skillsAbility to supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with basic computer systems; PointClickCare (PCC) knowledge preferredAbility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, or varied shifts as neededPhysical ability to perform job-related duties in a clinical environmentImportant Notice: Applicants for this position will be required to complete a background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, per House Bill 531 (2025).
