Weekend RN Night Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional every other Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team at Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a renowned provider of healthcare services in Haverhill, MA. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while overseeing the nursing staff on weekends. Weekend RN Supervisor positions are perfect for dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 7a-7p) as needed

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure delivery of excellent patient care

  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

  • Conduct rounds on the unit, addressing patient concerns and providing support to staff
