Registered Nurse (RN) - Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our residents. Openings:

  • 32 hours on 7a-3p, includes every other weekend

  • 24 hours on 3p-11p, includes every other weekend

Pay Range:
Our competitive pay range is $42 to $44.50 per hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials, and you'll receive weekly pay.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration

  • Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate resident records

  • Follow physician's orders and maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists

  • Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, including resident evaluations and care plans

  • Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and maintain accurate awareness of resident conditions

Education and Experience:

  • Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college

  • Must be CPR certified

  • Must have a current and active RN license in the state or be in the process of obtaining one
