Home Care Assignment
Plaistow, NH
Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a patient in Plaistow, New Hampshire. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide one-on-one care to a female patient in their home. Clinician must be skilled in handling epilepsy, TIA's, and cerebral palsy.
Pay Rate: Registered Nurse (RN) $44.50/HR
Hours: 24 hours 8am-8pm (Saturday & Sunday)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
  • Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
