Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed

  • Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience within the last five years preferred
  • Home health or home care experience preferred
  • Current CPR Certification required
    (Monthly renewal classes available and paid for by Interim HealthCare)
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
