Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Qualifications & Responsibilities:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN License

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required

  • Supervise nursing staff, ensuring proper medication distribution and patient care

  • Conduct multiple nursing rounds per shift

  • Provide education to staff, residents, and families

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

  • Other duties as assigned by nursing leadership

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered
