The Data Entry Technician is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in internal systems while supporting administrative and reporting functions. This role ensures data accuracy, maintains digital records, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support reliable business operations.
Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, databases, and ERP platforms.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness; identify and correct errors.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Assist with reporting and basic data analysis.
  • Support finance and order entry processes through accurate data entry.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency.
  • Follow data security and confidentiality standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business systems.
  • Support ERP and Workday-related data initiatives as needed.
