About the Role:
We are seeking a Retail Leader with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Rocky River, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment and help customers find the perfect products to enhance their spa experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive retail sales and meet sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all spa guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail space
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive retail sales
Requirements:
