Job Description 2nd - Shift Refinery Supervisor - Lincoln, NEADM Lincoln, NE Soybean ProcessingSalaried Exempt PositionJob DutiesPosition is responsible for providing direction to an hourly production crew of the Lincoln, NE Vegetable Oil Refinery. The candidate will coordinate communication, personnel, resources and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant during the shift.Must be able to communicate expectations and goals for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, environmental compliance and operating costs. Takes an active role in managing the shift and coaching employees to reach their fullest potential by providing feedback in a manner that is effective, consistent and fair.
