We're past 'figuring it out' and into 'scaling what works.' You'll grow with the company, not behind it.

The mission isn't on a poster.

It shows up in how we audit, how we report, and how seriously we take the protocols that trust us with their security.

The ecosystem needs this.

DeFi exploits are up. Trust is down. Someone has to close that gap. We've decided it's us. You're invited.

What we actually offer.

No ping pong tables. No 'unlimited PTO' we quietly judge you for using. Here's what's real.

Remote. Genuinely.

Work from wherever. We care about output, not your timezone or your commute.

Global

02

Paid well.

Competitive salary in fiat, crypto, or a mix. We're a Web3 company - it would be embarrassing not to.

Your choice

03

Get smarter. On the clock.

Research time, CTF participation, conference talks, published work - all part of the job.

Always learning

04

Small team. Real culture.

Big enough to have depth, small enough for actual conversations. No bureaucracy.

No approval chains

05

Projects are actually interesting.

DeFi protocols, L1/L2 chains, Web3 gaming platforms. Every engagement is different.

06

Shape what we become.

Growth-stage. Still writing the playbook. Your opinion on how we should do things - we genuinely want it.
