When working in environments where some employees have weekends off and others work weekends, clear communication and structured handoffs are essential to maintain productivity. Teams often use detailed shift reports, collaborative project management tools, and regular check-ins at shift boundaries to ensure everyone stays informed. It's important to proactively address any potential information gaps and to participate in scheduled team meetings, which might be held during overlapping hours. What does 'Weekend Off' mean in a job listing?
