We're looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team and help deliver top-quality building materials to job sites within a 150-mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead area. Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Fridays as needed.
Starting Pay: $19.46 - $21.00/hour

Are you ready to bring your skills to the forefront of our production process? D&M Industries is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team in Moorhead, MN. As a vital member of our production team, you'll play a key role in machining and assembling entire products, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every task.
What You'll Do:
  • Safely operate a 28-foot box truck to deliver building materials to customers and job sites. Including securing cargo
  • Lift and move materials up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and techniques.
  • Ensure delivery accuracy and collect customer signatures.
  • Maintain DOT medical certification and follow all DOT regulations.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your vehicle in top shape.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
  • Help in the warehouse when there are no deliveries to be made
  • Keep accurate records and report any issues promptly.

Travel Details:
  • 150-mile radius of Madison area.
  • Overnight travel as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.
  • 1+ years of delivery or driving experience preferred.
  • Experience in construction or logistics is a plus!
