Job Description:

Night Shift Lead (11PM-7:30am) is a full-time, on-site role based, five days per week, weekend shifts required, typically two weekends per month with an additional day off during the week.

  • Facilitate secretarial responsibilities and oversee clerical operations. S upport patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit.

  • Responsible for supervising and providing guidance in support of night shift operations, coordinating staffing and workflow, and ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to hospital policies.

  • Tasks include monitoring patient flow, resolving or escalating patient and visitor concerns, supporting staff with resources and direction, and documenting shift activities for effective handoffs.

  • Collaboration with ED clinical and administrative staff, nursing leadership and other department leaders on shared responsibilities and projects is expected.

  • Training new employees along with auditing registration and transportation on shifts.

Salary Range:

$21.23 - $28.66 an hour
