Job description

We are a dentist recruiting firm working with a premier practices in the area, that is seeking a dentist. These office is privately owned by 1 dentist and has excellent online reviews.

The office is seeking a general dentist to do bread and butter restorative dentistry. If he or she can do more advanced procedures, that is a plus but not required. If a dentist is willing to see some kids, that is a plus also. The office sees around 20% kids. They are seeking a dentist to work between 3 and 5 days per week, depending on their preference. No nights and no weekends are needed. They have an excellent team that works very well together. The dentist can also offer excellent mentoring if needed or collaboration.

They are offering a very competitive daily rate and an extremely competitive % of collections. An experienced full time dentist could expect to earn between 250K and 350K depending on their skill set. A new grad a little less of course, until they ramp up and feel comfortable. Offering a very competitive compensation and percentage package. They're also offering a 15K to 20K sign on bonus (depending on experience) and a 5K relocation bonus.

Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics.
  • General restorative procedures is all that is required.
  • If proficient in advanced procedures that is a plus but not required.
  • If open to seeing some kids, that is a plus. The office sees about 20% kids.

Skills:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Ability to obtain an Alabama dental license
