Job description

Title:  Senior Network Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL

JD:

9 + years of IT experience

Strong background on Juniper Routing & Switching, Aruba Wireless

Strong understanding of Routing protocols including BGP and OSPF

Strong understanding of Juniper devices, routing, switching, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, OSPF, VPN, IPSec, QoS, NAT, ACLs.

In-depth knowledge of and experience with Aruba Wireless technologies including Airwave, Controllers and cloud based AP.

Perform network maintenance tasks, Firmware upgrades, Firewall changes

Create and update documentation, may include network diagrams and SOP/MOP

Available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, extended hours, on call as needed

Must be a self-starter with a high level of motivation, capable of taking initiative and driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision

Strong communication and collaboration skills; a desire to work with people and end customer

Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for complex network incidents and performance issues, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis.

Must Have Skills:

Juniper Platforms: MX, EX, QFX, SRX

Routing/Security: BGP, OSPF, IPSec VPN, firewall configuration
