Hybrid 2-3 days a week on site after first 6 months getting up to speed on site every day.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and support a complex, multi-site enterprise network. This role is responsible for maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure across routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewall platforms.
The right person is hands-on, comfortable in production, capable of architectural thinking, and able to partner with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to keep the business running.
This is not an entry-level operations job. We need someone who can own the network.
What You’ll Do- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise routing and switching environments.
- Lead configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management of Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki platforms.
- Implement and support SD-WAN solutions including policy design, traffic engineering, and failover strategies.
- Manage next-generation firewall technologies, VPNs, segmentation, and secure connectivity.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, and drive root-cause analysis for complex incidents.
- Participate in network architecture planning, capacity forecasting, and modernization efforts.
- Create and maintain network diagrams, standards, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, server, cloud, and application teams to ensure resilient integrations.
- Provide escalation support for high-priority production issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to operational maturity and best practices.

What We’re Looking For- 5+ years of progressive experience in network engineering.
- Deep expertise in enterprise routing and switching.
- Strong hands-on background with Palo Alto firewalls.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting SD-WAN.
- Ability to troubleshoot across layers (routing, security, transport).
- Experience working in distributed, multi-location environments.
- Comfortable leading projects and making architecture recommendations.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
