Job description

Casual Gig-Based Opportunity | Independent Contractor | Flexible Evenings & Weekends

About VUSH Girls Night

VUSH Girls Night creates unforgettable private, in-home experiences celebrating women’s wellness, confidence, and connection. Our Guides bring interactive intimate wellness experiences to birthdays, girls’ nights, bridal showers, bachelorette weekends, divorce parties, and other celebrations.

Every event blends education, laughter, games, and premium VUSH products in a way that feels empowering, tasteful, and genuinely fun.

We’re looking for natural connectors who can confidently lead a room while making everyone feel comfortable, included, and part of the experience.

About the Role

As a VUSH Girls Night Event Guide, you’ll be the face of the VUSH brand at private events held in homes, hotels, and other venues.

You’ll lead guests through an interactive wellness experience by facilitating conversations and games, guiding an intimate wellness masterclass, demonstrating products, and creating an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable asking questions and having fun.

This is not a scripted presentation or a high-pressure sales role. Every event should feel authentic, conversational, and personalized to the group in front of you.

What You'll Do

  • Host engaging VUSH Girls Night experiences for groups of 6–25+ guests
  • Welcome guests and create a warm, inclusive, judgment-free environment
  • Set up and present a polished event display
  • Lead intimate wellness masterclasses with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Facilitate games, quizzes, and giveaways
  • Demonstrate VUSH products in an educational, tasteful, and approachable way
  • Read the room and adapt your delivery to each group’s personality
  • Encourage participation without putting guests on the spot
  • Deliver an exceptional experience from arrival through clean-up
  • Maintain event inventory and communicate restocking needs

Who We’re Looking For

The best VUSH Guides aren’t necessarily performers or the loudest person in the room. They’re warm, confident, emotionally intelligent, and naturally engaging.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Communicate confidently and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
  • Can comfortably lead conversations with groups of 6–25+ guests
  • Read a room well and know when to turn the energy up—or bring it down
  • Balance humor and warmth with professionalism
  • Stay calm, adaptable, and resourceful when plans change
  • Learn quickly and are genuinely curious about wellness and products
  • Build trust easily with people from all backgrounds
  • Take ownership and don’t need to be micromanaged
  • Love creating memorable experiences

Experience & Requirements

Experience in event hosting, hospitality, customer service, beauty, wellness, education, entertainment, or promotional events is a plus, but not required. We care more about exceptional people skills, confidence, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly than a specific professional background.

Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable facilitating groups and speaking in front of others
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Evening and weekend availability

Our Guide Style

Every VUSH Guide should be:

  • Confident without being intimidating
  • Funny without trying too hard
  • Knowledgeable without sounding rehearsed
  • Empathetic without making things awkward
  • Energetic without overwhelming the room
  • Professional while still feeling relatable

The goal is for guests to leave thinking:

“That was one of the most fun nights I’ve had in ages.” —not— “I just sat through a sales pitch.”

Our Brand Standards

Every VUSH Girls Night Guide embodies our philosophy:

  • Tasteful, never explicit
  • Cheeky, never crude
  • Inclusive and welcoming
  • Confident and respectful
  • Educational before promotional

We never pressure guests to purchase products, never consume alcohol while working, and always prioritize guest comfort, privacy, and respect.

Training & Support

We provide comprehensive training covering:

  • VUSH product knowledge
  • Hosting and facilitation techniques
  • Reading group dynamics
  • Event flow and timing
  • Games and audience engagement
  • Customer experience
  • Brand standards
  • Inventory management

No one is expected to know everything on day one. We’re looking for people who are excited to learn and eager to grow.

Why Join VUSH?

  • Flexible contractor schedule (~1-10 events per week)
  • Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching
  • Join a fast-growing global wellness brand
  • Work independently while being part of a supportive team
  • Create memorable experiences that genuinely empower women
  • Every event is different—no two nights are ever the same

Compensation

  • $75 per event (Each event is approximately 1 hour)
