Technician Apprentice - Harley-Davidson

Are you passionate about motorcycles and eager to start your career with an iconic brand? Join **Harley-Davidson** as a **Technician Apprentice**! This hands-on position provides the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians, gain real-world experience, and begin your journey toward Harley-Davidson certification.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced technicians with motorcycle repairs and maintenance.

Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and entry-level service work.

Keep service areas clean, organized, and safe.

Participate in Harley-Davidson technician training and certification programs.

Support the Service Department with daily tasks and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Enrollment in or completion of a motorcycle or automotive technical program preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to build a career as a Harley-Davidson Technician.

Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely.

Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from senior technicians.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Requirements

ADA Essential Duties

Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 800 pounds (with assistance).

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Ability to stand, walk, and move around the shop for extended periods.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
