What We're Doing
At Lockheed Martin, our Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) National Team (C2NT) is pioneering the development and integration of cutting-edge technologies to advance the Missile Defense System, safeguarding the United States and its allies. Our collaborative and agile organization operates in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation through tasks such as sensor/weapon integration, algorithm development, user interface development, automated testing, cyber security, enterprise/infrastructure services, and enhancing leading-edge missile defense technologies.
The Work
The Network EngineerII will serve as the primary Network Development Engineer for the C2BMC program, supporting the design, buildout, deployment, integration, and testing of network upgrades to operational sites. Working within an Agile Scrum team, you will translate customer requirements and contract obligations into actionable plans, travel to remote locations for installations and troubleshooting, and provide status updates to program personnel. Flexibility to respond to realworld events, including nights and weekends, is essential.
Please Note:
- This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
- This position is based at a Lockheed Martin facility in Colorado Springs, CO. The role requires flexibility to travel to alternate work locations as needed (valid passport required)
