You will be the Manufacturing Engineer (Missile Assembly) - Weekend Shift for the Pike County Operations (PCO). Our team is responsible for creating hightech solutions in advanced missile manufacturing to meet the nextgeneration warfighter needs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer (Missile Assembly) - Weekend Shift you will be responsible for solving technical issues on the production shop floor, developing and improving manufacturing processes, integrating new technologies, and enhancing digital tools to boost productivity.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide handson shopfloor support to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
- Analyze engineering data to develop new manufacturing processes and detailed work instructions.
- Integrate new assets and technologies into the factory to advance production capabilities.
- Support continuousimprovement initiatives that drive quality, cost, and schedule performance.
- Investigate root causes of quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
