What are Weekend Millwrights?

Weekend Millwrights are skilled tradespeople who install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, typically working weekend shifts to support 24/7 operations. Their responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely. Weekend Millwrights are commonly employed in manufacturing plants, factories, and other industrial settings where equipment downtime must be minimized. They often work with a variety of tools and may be required to read blueprints or technical manuals.
