Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities
This position gives you the chance to earn monthly bonuses based on performance. Your measurement goals include:
  • Pass clean roadside inspections (or D.O.T. inspections)
  • Be accident free
  • Accurate delivery pictures and signatures
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with taking pictures and getting signatures to complete delivery
  • Log information daily of the trips and weight of load
  • Clean your truck and equipment to keep in good working order
  • Be aware of road conditions and traffic for safe trips
Requirements
  • A valid Class-A CDL license is required
  • Understand safety requirements in every stage of your day
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
  • Climb in and out of a semi-tractor/trailer up to 20 times a day
  • Requires full use of arms and shoulders to open the trailer curtains
