Following a major DoD contract award for the APX-128 advanced IFF system, we are expanding our team. Delivery & Inventory
  • Proactively track inbound shipments and manage outbound customer deliveries; own customer OTD performance and escalate supply or capacity risks before they affect committed ship dates.
  • Own inventory accuracy and working capital targets; oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inspection release, kitting, storage, and shipping with full AS9100D traceability.

Planning & ERP
  • Own CSI SyteLine ERP supply chain modules; maintain data integrity, reporting, and user adoption.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with DFARS/FAR, counterfeit parts avoidance (AS6081), and DCMA interface requirements; manage DMSMS/obsolescence risk through proactive identification, lifetime buys, and alternate sourcing; support MRL assessments and supply chain readiness gap closure.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team; apply Lean tools (VSM, 5S, kaizen) to drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of supply chain / operations experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
  • Hands-on ERP experience; SIOP and MPS ownership experience.
  • Supplier development and scorecard management; DCMA interface / military compliance familiarity.
  • DMSMS / obsolescence management experience; MRL framework familiarity (Thread E supply chain readiness).
  • AS9100D quality system knowledge; strong negotiation and procurement skills.
  • Lean tools: VSM, 5S, kaizen, kanban; project management skills (PMP or equivalent a plus).
